As a result of:
replacing toilets that were > 3.0 L
replacing shower heads and;
installing aerators on kitchen sinks and bath vanities
The leak rate as a percentage of total consumption was reduced from 18% to 0%. In addition to eliminating the leaks, the per unit usage on a daily basis has dropped as a result of the more efficient toilets being rolled out. The building inventory of toilets are now all 3.0L with a mix of ProFlo (new ones installed) and Hennesy Henchcliffe (legacy 3.0 L already installed).
